Next Steps

• Begin negotiations for purchase and sale agreements for both farms.

• Conduct a preliminary engineering study including perc testing.

• Continue to seek both External and Internal sources of funding and financing.

• Continue to recruit Members, Friends and Partners.

• Continue to accept deposits for equity membership.

• Continue to explore ways of controling construction and other development-related costs without compromising the quality or sustainability of the community. This will be a long-term effort that will require thinking out-of-the- box and the creative energy and ingenuity of many people.
